Refund policy

Returns
We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee — you have 90 days after your item is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase. Because the ClearLine tool is used with contaminated drain water, used units cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons for hygiene and safety; used units are only eligible for return or replacement if they arrive defective (see Damages below).

To start a return, contact us at shopclearline@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to: [YOUR RETURN ADDRESS — US returns address / 3PL]. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 48 hours with photos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right with a free replacement or refund.

Non-returnable items
We can't accept returns on used or opened tools (except defective items), items not in their original packaging, sale/clearance items, or gift cards. Contact us if you're unsure about your item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the eligible item and, once accepted, place a new order.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your bank or card company may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at shopclearline@gmail.com.
