Shipping Policy
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping rates
- FREE shipping on all orders over $49.
- Orders under $49: a flat $4.99 shipping fee, calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment, not the order date, and don't include the 1–3 day processing window:
- United States: 7–14 business days
- Canada: 8–16 business days
- Australia: 8–16 business days
These windows can vary with carrier volume, weather, and customs. We'll always show the most accurate estimate at checkout.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow 1–3 days for the first tracking scan to appear after you receive it.
Delays
Occasionally orders are delayed beyond our estimates due to carrier or customs issues outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at shopclearline@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, but contact us right away and we'll do our best to help.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date (with photos for damage) and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
International customers — customs & duties
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your local customs authority. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
